| Mario | Can you suggest a builder in Rocky Point? | | Email | I am planning to build a home in Las Conchas. Can anyone share their experience with any builders. I heard some nightmare stories and would like to avoid as many problems as possible.

There are some builders that seem to be good and work fast but majority of the builders are terrible. We build a house using Sea Side Builders & Design and I can tell you one thing. Do not go with them unless you want to wait a few years for your house and even then, it will not be what you asked for. Our house was built for over two years and never really got completed. We had to finally put a stop to it and kick out the builder. He would keep promising that things will get done and it was not happening.
